Cancellation Policy

Before Your Appointment To help us give you the best experience, please complete all electronic forms sent by text or email before your scheduled appointment. If you are using a voucher, please include the voucher code in the notes section when booking. Late, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients. Appointment confirmations may be required. If we do not hear from you by the day before your appointment, we may release your reservation. Appointments may be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 20% fee, and missed appointments will incur a 30% no-show fee.
