Additionally, if you have purchased a Voucher, please include the voucher code in the notes section when booking your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE GRACE PERIOD; Please be mindful of the following: Punctuality is greatly appreciated. We allow a 15-minute grace period, but if you are unable to make it, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Upon request, please confirm your appointment. If we do not receive a response the day of your scheduled treatment, please understand that we may need to make necessary adjustments.
