Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION; Dear valued customer, In order to provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request that you complete the electronic forms that will be sent to you via text message or email prior to your scheduled appointment. Additionally, if you have purchased a Voucher, please include the voucher code in the notes section when booking your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE GRACE PERIOD; Please be mindful of the following: Punctuality is greatly appreciated. We allow a 15-minute grace period, but if you are unable to make it, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Upon request, please confirm your appointment. If we do not receive a response the day of your scheduled treatment, please understand that we may need to make necessary adjustments. Cancel for free up to 12 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 20% of the service price for late cancellation or 30% for not showing up. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
